What is your return policy?
- Items purchased from 1.State.com website which are not SALE or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE my be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail
- Garment must be in original condition
- 1.State.com will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged or missing the original tags
- Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved
- 1.State.com is unfortunately not able to offer merchandise exchanges or store credit
- All swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits hosiery and SALE merchandise are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments
- Return approval is at the discretion of our operations or customer service team and 1.State.com reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy
- 1.State.com cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to nature of garment materials
- Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer
What is your exchange policy?
- 1State.com is unfortunately not able to offer merchandise exchanges or store credit.
How much does shipping cost?
- All orders over $100 ship free. A flat shipping rate of $6.99 will be added to all orders under $100.
What forms of payment do you take?
- 1.State.com accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal.
Do you offer gift cards?
- 1State.com is unfortunately not able to offer gift cards.
What if my item is damaged?
- Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved. If you have recieved a damaged item please e-mail customerservice@1state.com

- Size guides are listed on product pages of each item. Our current size run is XXS-3X, 00-24W.
