What are my shipping options? (US Only)


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on Continental U.S. orders over $100. U.S. orders are shipped via USPS to ensure delivery within 5-7 business days (starting with the first business day after the order was placed).

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email and/or text with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, but if you would like us to ship to your country shoot us an email at info@1state.com.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Currently, we only ship to one address per order. Orders to a PO box or APO/FPO Address can not be accepted at this time.

RETURNS

  • Items purchased from 1.State.com website which are not SALE or otherwise noted as FINAL SALE my be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail
  • Customer has option to pay for return freight or we will cover the freight and deduct $6.99 from the refunded amount.
  • Garment must be in original condition
  • State.com will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged or missing the original tags
  • Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved
  • 1.State.com is unfortunately not able to offer merchandise exchanges or store credit
  • All swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits hosiery and SALE merchandise are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments
  • Return approval is at the discretion of our operations or customer service team and 1.State.com reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy
  • 1.State.com cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to nature of garment materials
  • Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer

To start a return, you will need to provide your order number found on your confirmation email and your shipping address zip
